Mark Arner's Project: Fighting False Allegations Mark Arner was a victim of False Allegations in his divorce. He discovered some time later that his name had been added to a national list of suspected child abusers without any efforts to make him aware of this. He also discovered that this was standard procedure for anyone ever accused and investigated by Child Protective Services. Mark has started a project to do something about the widely accepted lack of due process when dealing with these allegations. Read more about it here Mark Arner's Project: Fighting False Allegations. Arner, a San Diego newspaper reporter, is a member of COPS, and also of The Fathers Group, Inc., a privately owned and operated support group for fathers in San Diego. Mark's story was recently published in The Twist, an 8-page tabloid published by Cheryl Cohen in Lemon Grove.
